Imagine a red rose sitting about 12-inches in front of your heart. This rose sets up an energetic field around your entire body and will keep you from absorbing any negativity from others or the environment.
You begin by placing the rose 12-inches in front of you - but then you can play with pushing it out as far as you would like - or bringing it in very close to your body.
You would push it out when you want your energy to fill a room - for instance when you're giving a presentation and you want/need to be heard. You'd bring it in close when you're working one-to-one with someone, or if feeling threatened by your environment.
As you spend more time doing this you will find you're feeling more and more centered and powerful and good within your body.
